from over 3,000 reviews "The beautiful creeping nano moss (Amblystegium serpens) is found practically all over the world. In Germany, the moss is also known as creeping stump cover moss. Under water, the pretty intense medium green Nano Moss forms finely structured pads.
Nano Moss has a rather slow growth. Propagation is simple and straightforward: To do this, divide the cushion with scissors or pluck it apart with your fingers. Then reattach the separated moss. Ideally, you attach the nano moss with some nylon thread or plant glue on small stones. This way the nano moss stays at the bottom of the aquarium. Nano moss is also ideal for greening decorations such as roots or aquarium stones.
This portion of Nano Moss was grown in the laboratory InVitro, which means that it is guaranteed free of algae, free of snails and free of planarians and other worms. Also, no fertilizers or pesticides were used in its production. As an In Vitro plant, you do not need to water Nano Moss separately before adding it to the aquarium. Rinse off the nutrient substrate, then you can immediately tie or glue the moss on and insert it into the aquarium.
You can also cultivate Amblystegium serpens above water, i.e. emersed, in a humid environment: The small remaining nano moss looks great on the land part of wet terrariums or in a waterfall aquarium - for really great accents.
In our latitudes, Nano Moss is hardy in the garden pond and as border planting for the garden pond.
Our recommendation: For magnificent plant growth, we recommend the premium nutrient medium when setting up a new pond: NatureHolic GroundBooster
