Question: "Hi, wie wird das Nanocube für den Versand verpackt ? Hab mir schon zwei mal in einem Zooshop ein Becken bestellt und beide Male kam es kaputt an, mangels genug Polsterung und nicht als „Vorsicht Glas“, oder „zerbrechlich“ deklariert. Würde mir bei euch gerne ein neues bestellen, hab aber Angst das ich mich wieder ärgern muss. Beste Grüße ??‍♀️??"

Hallo Sandra, vielen Dank fuer deine Frage! Wir verpacken die Becken in einem zusaetzlichen Karton mit Daemmaterial rundum um sicherzustellen, dass diese sicher und heil bei dir ankommen.
