Italy shrimp mix

The Italy shrimp mix consists of two colorful variants of the popular Neocaridina dwarf shrimp and a snow-white Caridina.

Choose from three packages the mix that suits you via the drop-down menu:

Package (S) 6 shrimp
    -    2 x Green Jade shrimp 
    -    2 x Snow White shrimp
    -    2 x Red Sakura shrimp

Package (L) 12 shrimps
    -    4 x Green Jade shrimp 
    -  4 x Snow White shrimp
    -  4 x Red Sakura shrimp

Package (XL) 24 shrimp
    -    8 x Green Jade shrimp 
    -  8 x Snow White shrimp
    -    8 x Red Sakura shrimp

Keep in mind that Neocaridina can interbreed, resulting in new colors. If you pass on offspring, you should point this out. The Snow White belongs to the Caridina and does not interbreed with the Red Sakura or the Green Jade shrimp, but with other bee or tiger shrimp or hybrids of them.

12 shrimp are a good starting stock for nano aquariums of 20 liters or more.

Maintain your colorful Italy troop best in soft to medium hard water, also the typical bee setup is suitable and rather recommendable. You can also socialize your treasures with peaceful fish, as well as other invertebrates such as mussels, snails or crayfish.

Offer your shrimps a well-balanced staple food, for example our Mainfeed is suitable. You can also spoil them with pumpkin chips or nettles. Brown autumn leaves, alder cones or sea almond leaves are excellent because of their humic substances and should not be missing.
