With the JBL LimCollect II snail trap it is finally possible to fight a snail plague in the aquarium without chemical means. The animals are caught alive. A food tablet (e.g. JBL NovoFect) or dried Gammarus crustaceans are placed in the trap. The trap is then closed and placed in the aquarium overnight.
The snails are attracted by the smell of the food and enter the trap. The next morning, the snail-filled trap can be removed from the aquarium. New: 2 rods can be inserted in 2 positions as a variable height limit at the inlet to prevent fish from accidentally getting into the trap.
JBL LimCollect II is also suitable for catching escaped crickets, crickets and cockroaches.
