The Proflora CO2 Taifun Glass Midi is a very shapely and enormously effective diffuser for the CO2 supply in freshwater aquariums. The diffuser is made of high-quality glass and a membrane made of particularly fine porous ceramic, which produces particularly fine, uniform CO2 bubbles that dissolve optimally in the water of your plant aquarium or aquascapes. The high-quality glass diffuser is suitable for connection to 4/6 mm CO2 tubing. Professional tip: Wet the glass tube of the CO2 diffuser with a little water and detergent and only then slide on the hose. Optimum nutrition for plants
The correct CO2 content in the water is of great importance for aquarium plants. Carbon dioxide serves as the main nutrient for plants and thus as a growth promoter for full development. Plants use CO2 for photosynthesis and thus supply the water with vital oxygen. They prevent algae growth, remove pollutants, provide hiding places and reduce germs.

Efficient enrichment of the aquarium water with CO2:
The diffuser contains a special membrane through which the CO2 diffuses into the aquarium water. The very small CO2 bubbles dissolve very well in the aquarium water.
