JBL ProHaru Rapid - Superglue Gel - 20g

The JBL ProHaru Rapid quick adhesive gel is perfect for minor repairs, but also for scaping in the aquarium and terrarium and even on the pond. For various reasons, glue is needed that is first and foremost non-toxic to the plants and animals being cared for and quick to apply: JBL ProHaru rapid was designed for precisely these applications. Thanks to the resealable tube, the glue can be used several times and does not dry out.

To glue decorative materials together, they should be dry and free of grease. Above all, the slippery biofilm should be removed as well as possible, so that parts to be glued offer optimal adhesion. For large bonding areas, apply the adhesive in parallel strips. Adhesion may be somewhat lower when bonding under water than with dry materials. Therefore, bonding above water is more recommended, lower the water level in the aquarium if necessary or simply remove the corresponding decorations. Clean them and carefully dab them dry with a lint-free cloth. Put 1-3 drops on the glue spots and then connect them with the plant or coral piece. Press it down for 10 seconds, then it can be placed back in the aquarium.

Especially in so-called aquascaping , it is popular to glue mosses and plants to woods and stones to create interesting depth effects. Since these aquariums are usually set up dry, JBL ProHaru is perfect for this. Simply press the moss into the adhesive bed of the intended spots and keep it moist until the aquarium is completely submerged.

Tip: Although JBL ProHaru Rapid is also suitable for sealing a short-term aquarium leak, the glue bed is not a permanent solution and should only be considered as a first emergency measure!
