Especially a strong substructure is fundamentally important for a stable scape.

Heavy roots or stones tend to sink or even fall over when scaping into the soft substrate, which is often made of soil. With Volcano Mineral, you can therefore create a stable base, as the porous stones interlock and provide firm support. Simply place your hardscape on top, fill the gaps with a substrate of your choice and finally plant it. For physical reasons, a maximum slope of 45 ° can be created.

The open-pored structure of the porous rock also promotes water circulation in the soil and the settlement of beneficial microorganisms and is therefore particularly suitable as a base substrate for natural aquariums. The rock is rich in valuable minerals and trace elements and thus also continuously supplies your plants from below with necessary nutrients for vital plant growth, which also inhibits algae formation, as they mimic their nutrient requirements.
