No previous knowledge of aquascaping is required, because the Mammoth Bonsai is very easy to handle and can also be used in aquariums, terrariums, aquaterrariums or paludariums without hesitation. Especially dwarf shrimps like to use the Mammut Bonsai to discover, hide and play - so you can watch your darlings especially well!
Its special construction is elaborately made by hand in a special process. Among other things, different wood flours are used for this purpose, but they are problem-free for use under water. Thereby no single Mamut Bonsai resembles the other - ideal for a small jungle with a very special flair! Place several trees in groups and create an impressive scenery, which is otherwise only known from magazines or scaping competitions.

The Mammoth Bonsai becomes even more natural if its tree crown is greened. Especially suitable for this purpose are various Moss plants that we carry in our store, but also small perennial plants such as smaller Anubias or Bucephalandrabut also Java fern. With our Natureholic Plant glue these can be easily fixed and grow from there simply further. In the midst of other green aquatic plants, the jungle design becomes so perfect.
To keep the Mammoth Bonsai, which by the way can be shaped and adapted to the size of the aquarium by sawing or pinching it off, under water, it can be glued to a slate plate, like the ones we also carry in our store. Then cover the plate with some substrate so that it is not visible afterwards. Alternatively, it can be weighted down or pre-watered in the aquarium for a while until it has soaked up water. Especially combined with other root pieces or stones you can create a great layout.

Expert Tip: With the NatureHolic Hardscape glue set - wood you connect all kinds of aquarium roots. The ugly glue spots can be perfectly and inconspicuously hidden with the enclosed wood powder. Made in Germany, the glue does not pollute the water and has no negative impact on the stock.
