Another variety in the C. wendtii form group is our C421, a medium sized brown water lily that is very good growing and easy to care for. Its above-water leaves are rusty brown, and in the submerged stage the leaves are chocolate brown. Planting tip: Water chalices remain especially small and compact when grown in a clay pot.
