Pond Time - MudEx Pond Sludge Remover - 1000g

With the Teichzeit instant pond sludge remover, you can remove leaves, pine needles, remains of dead aquatic plants, sludge and other dirt from the bottom of your pond in no time without having to spend hours fishing with a net. The active oxygen in Teichzeit's pond sludge remover easily brings the dirt to the surface, where you can easily remove it with a fine landing net or with your garden pond's skimmer.

You can use the Teichzeit pond sludge remover all year round for any type of pond. You do not need to catch the fish out of the pond.

The active oxygen in the Teichzeit Pond Sludge Remover brings up dirt and sludge from the depths of the pond and also regulates the oxygen content in the garden pond. In this way, the pond sludge remover supports the filter bacteria in the garden pond and the function of your pond filter. The filter bacteria work more efficiently due to the additional oxygen and break down pollutants faster.

Supplemental oxygen also promotes the biological breakdown of pollutants in pond water and can even reduce bottom mulch.

Dosage: 20-40 g per cubic meter of pond water. Please do not exceed maximum dosage.

Application: Please wear rubber gloves to spread the pond sludge remover from Teichzeit. Sprinkle the powder evenly on the water surface of the garden pond. Please do not sprinkle directly on fish or plants! The powder does not necessarily have to be distributed evenly, you can sprinkle the affected areas more generously. If you don't want to treat the whole pond, you can selectively sprinkle the deposits.

Leaves, pine needles, algae, dead plants, mud and other solids will float to the surface of the garden pond within a few minutes and can be easily removed with a fine landing net or pond skimmer after waiting about 30 minutes.

A slightly milky water turbidity for about 1-2 days following the treatment is quite normal and no reason for concern.

Caution:

• Please use the Teichzeit Pond Cleaner only if the pH-value of your pond water is below 8.6
• Please use Teichzeit Pond Cleaner only if the carbonate hardness of your pond water is at least 5 °dH - if necessary, you should first increase the water in your garden pond with a water hardener, which specifically raises the KH.

Reaction:

• IF INFECTED: If you feel unwell, call a POISON CENTER/doctor. Rinse out mouth.
• IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing. Immediately call POISON CENTER or physician.

Disposal:

• Take contents/container to an approved waste disposal facility.
