SEACHEM - Flourish Phosphorus

With Flourish Phosphorus you supply your planted aquarium quickly and reliably with essential phosphate: an important macronutrient!  Especially a lack of phosphate can limit plant growth and often leads to deficiency symptoms.

This very safe fertilizer solution contains 4,500 mg/l phosphate, which can be dosed very easily. Unlike other preparations with which nitrate and phosphate are used in a predetermined ratio, the nitrate-free Flourish Phosphorus can be dosed as needed. When used properly, you can support the growth of your valuable plants without promoting algae growth. For optimal results we recommend the combination of Flourish Nitrogen and Potassium, which we also carry in our store.

Directions for use: Shake the bottle well before use. Use 2.5 dosing caps per 80 liters of water 1-2 Ma per week and as needed. You can recognize a phosphate deficiency by stunted plant growth, but also by a dark green coloration. The initial dosage increases phosphorus by 0.05 mg/l (0.15 mg/l phosphate). The ideal phosphate level varies, but is generally between 0.15 and 1.0 mg/l. It is recommended to remeasure the phosphate content regularly.
