You will receive a dark red, female, egg-bearing Bloody Mary shrimp (Neocaridina davidi).
The gestation period lasts all in all three to four weeks , after which the female releases about 20 to 40 baby shrimp. Bloody Mary shrimp are group animals and therefore should not be kept singly. A group size of 10 to 15 animals (males and females) is a good size. This avoids stress.
