Female Green Jade Shrimp (Neocaridina davidi) carry their 20 to 40 eggs for about three to four weeks. If you acquire shrimp that are already carrying, you can easily build a more genetically diverse strain. Green Jade shrimp, like all dwarf shrimp, are group animals, 10 to 15 shrimp is a suitable starting stock.
