On the plastic check valve is an arrow printed, which indicates the direction of flow of CO2 from the CO2 fertilizer system to the CO2 diffuser in the aquarium. Please always install so that the arrow points in the direction of the aquarium!
The ADA Check Valve convinces with its transparency and its simple design. To be on the safe side, it should be replaced with a new check valve approximately every 12 months, as this is a wearing part. This is the only way to ensure the safety of the valuable pressure reducer of the CO2 system at the aquarium. If you want to be on the safe side in any case, install a metal check valve just before the pressure reducer (please order separately).
