ADA - Rear wall film Clear 90-P - blue

The single-color, slightly transparent blue backscreen film ADA Aqua Screen Clear Blue 90-P for 90 cm long and up to 50 cm high aquariums from Aqua Design Amano forms a perfect, calm background for aquariums and aquascapes. The harmonious blue color is like a resting point for the eye of the beholder and looks beautifully friendly in the aquascape. The Clear finish is slightly transparent and makes this film the optimal aquarium background if you want to run a backlight behind the aquarium. Despite its light transparency, hoses, cables and aquarium technology behind the aquarium are not visible.

The ADA Aqua Screen Clear Blue 90-P self-adhesive background film is suitable for dry application and also for wet application. The backscreen film is applied as the very first step, even before the aquarium is placed in its final location. To apply the backsheet without bubbles and as easily as possible, place the aquarium on the front glass. Use a soft base forthis.

The back wall is now carefully cleaned from the outside with a good glass cleaner. The glass must be clean and absolutely dust-free! If you choose the method of dry bonding, you start at the bottom in one corner. The backing paper of the ADA Aqua Screen Clear Blue 90-P film is peeled off a small piece and the film is applied to one of the lower corners. Work piece by piece, rubbing the back of the film onto the glass with a soft cloth and a little pressure. The film must not stick together under any circumstances!

If you really want to be sure that no bubbles will form when you apply the backsheet, you can use the wet application method. To do this, pull off the backing paper piece by piece, spraying the adhesive side of the film generously with a mixture of water and detergent.

Also in the case of wet b onding, start at the bottom in the corner and gradually spread the film onto the aquarium glass from behind with a soft cloth. If bubbles still appear, it is best to use the edge of a plastic card to immediately spread it out to the edge.

If the aquarium should be a little higher than the film, start applying it at the top, not at the bottom. A narrow strip at the bottom edge of the aquarium remains unfoiled - it will later be reliably hiddenby the substrate in the aquascape.

After wet application, the film needs a day to dry before it can be cut to size. Important: The foil is cut to size only after it has been applied!
