from over 3,000 reviews "To keep the basic processes in the marine aquarium running, it is worthwhile to use the Reef Fusion 1 and the Reef Fusion 2, which we also carry in the store from Seachem. Reef Fusion 1 provides the aquarium with calcium and other trace elements, while Reef Fusion 2 additionally supports the carbonate hardness (also called alkalinity or alkalinity). Used together, they therefore improve these important positions in the water so that your corals will feel comfortable and grow healthily.
Reef Fusion 1 provides 100,000 mg/l of ionic calcium and also contains biologically valuable amounts of magnesium, strontium, boron, iron, manganese and molybdenum. Used properly, both products together support healthy coral growth by improving important calcium and carbonate levels. Other biologically essential trace elements round out these supplements.
We recommend keeping calcium levels at 380 to 420 mg/l, and carbonate hardness (dKH) between 3-6 meq/l. The amount of dose or interval can be increased each time if necessary to reach these target levels, but do not use more than 4 ml/ l per day. We recommend that you regularly remeasure the water values with a suitable test.
Application: Shake the bottle well before use. Dose 1 ml Reef Fusion 1 per 25 liters of aquarium water every 1-2 days and add it to the water in a well flowed place. By the way, the practical lid makes it easy to measure out 5 ml. Wait a short time before adding Reef Fusion 2 in the same way. It is advantageous to add both supplements to the water at different places and not to mix them together beforehand. With this dosage you will increase the calcium level to 4 mg/ L and the carbonate hardness by 0.176 meq / l .
