Based on its extensive knowledge of the natural habitats of the most popular aquatic plants, the Dennerle aquarium plant nursery has developed a humus-rich long-term mineral nutrient soil especially for aquariums in years of trials. All raw materials have been carefully selected and intensively tested in practical trials.

Selected clay minerals, in particular high-quality montmorillonite, regulate the nutrient balance: they release nutrients when needed and absorb them when there is an excess
Natural peat rich in humic substances ensures a slightly acidic soil environment with an optimum pH value and absorbs nutrients in a manner suitable for plants
All nutrients and trace elements are present in depot form with immediate and long-term effect.
Guaranteed safe for all plants, fish, shrimp, crayfish, snails and other aquarium inhabitants.
Natural moist mixture. Clay minerals and humus substances are already fully effective. Humus and filter bacteria do not dry out and are immediately biologically active.

The plant is optimally supplied with all necessary nutrients via the strong, widely branched rootstock. It allows the care of even sensitive species that are rather difficult to keep in the aquarium. DeponitMix naturally does not contain any additional phosphates and nitrates, i.e. nutrients that can have an algae-promoting effect in excessive concentrations.

On the contrary: aquarium plants and algae are in direct competition with each other. By intensively promoting plant growth, Deponit-Mix makes life difficult for annoying algae. As long as the aquarium plants grow well, algae usually have no chance. Many years of practical experience show: Deponit-Mix effectively prevents algae plagues.
