from over 3,000 reviews "The natural oolitic aragonite substrate in SEACHEM Meridian is suitable for all reef inhabitants and can be used in marine aquariums, but also in tropical aquariums. It supports the stabilization of calcium as well as alkalinity and prevents strong pH decreases.
Meridian is, in contrast to other "wet" products, a dry substrate with essential bacteria on each gravel grain. At the same time, the grain size is uniform at 0.25-0.50 mm. 8 important minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium and others support the smooth operation of your valuable biotope.
Tip: We recommend washing out the substrate before first use to remove dust caused by transport. An initial cloudiness in the aquarium is a sign of quality and will disappear in 24 hours due to filtration.
