from over 3,000 reviews "In order for your Twinstar sterilizer to function properly and be as highly reliable as possible, regular maintenance and cleaning is recommended. In addition to the annual replacement of the electrode, cleaning with Twinstar's Reactor Calcium Remover is also recommended. In doing so, the cleaner removes calcium deposits and lime scale and ensures proper operation again. And it does so without scrubbing or laborious use that would damage the electrode.
The handling is comfortable and simple:
Heat 200 ml of water to 50-60 °C.
Place half of a sachet of Cleaner in a container and pour the water over it. Dissolve the cleaner in the water while stirring and then add the electrode. As soon as bubbles start to rise, this is an indication that the cleaning process has begun. When no more bubbles are visible, the process is finished, rinse the reactor well under running water.
