ADA - Rear wall film Normal 90-P

The single-color background film ADA Aqua Screen Normal 90-P is not transparent, but completely opaque. This background film for the aquarium is available in black or in blue. The film is suitable for all aquariums with 90 cm length and up to 50 cm height.

The single-color calm and rather dark Aqua Screen Normal P-90 background film from Aqua Design Amano offers the eye a calm background in the aquarium and acts like a canvas for a beautifully designed layout in the aquascape. Red and green aquarium plants make a great contrast to the uniform black or blue background. Aquarium technology behind the tank as well as hoses and cables become invisible through the backscreen film.

The ADA Aqua Screen Normal 90-P background film is self-adhesive and can be applied dry or wet. When setting up and installing an aquarium, applying the background film to the outside of the aquarium's back wall is always the first step. When applying the background film, you have to take good care to keep it bubble-free in the process. The ugly stains would be visible from the front and can seriously spoil the look in the aquarium or aquascape.

First, the aquarium is flipped over: The front faces down, the tank rests on a soft surface. Now the outside of the aquarium back wall is thoroughly cleaned with glass cleaner so that there are no more dust particles or fingerprints. The glass must be absolutely dust-free and clean! The film must never stick together during application , the marks are indelible and visible from the front.

For dry application, the backing paper is pulled off piece by piece. The film is placed in one corner and then gradually rubbed with a soft cloth following the backing paper so that it sits bubble-free and seamless on the glass. The film is not cut until it is fully adhered.

However, the wet application of the ADA Aqua Screen Normal 90-P rear wall film is somewhat more convenient and easier. According to this method, it is even easier to stick on the back wall without bubbles. To do this, the backing paper is peeled off piece by piece. At the same time, the adhesive side of the film is sprayedwith a mixture of detergent and water from a spray bottle.

The wet backing film is placed in one of the corners of the back wall of the aquarium and then gradually spread with a cloth. If bubbles should form, it is best to use a credit card to brush them away directly to the edge. The best way to do this is to use the edge. Then the film must dry for a day. Only then it is cut to size.

Even if the aquarium is a few centimeters higher than the film is wide, you can stick it on the back wall. In this case, it is important to start in one of the upper corners and leave an edge unglued at the bottom. This small edge is later invisible, because here lies the bottom ground and covers the not pasted piece
