ADA - CO2 hose - transparent - 2m

The transparent pressure-tight 4/6 mm ADA CO2 hose has an inner diameter of 4 mm and an outer diameter of 6 mm. The transparent CO2-tight hose from Aqua Design Amano is a high-pressure hose that allows virtually no CO2 to leak through its wall to the outside.

For the safe installation of glass accessories such as bubble counters or CO2 diffusers, the relatively stiff CO2 hose is not ideally suited. In this case, we recommend that the last piece in the hose section from the CO2 system to the glassware be made with the transparent silicone hose from the ADA Clear Parts Set (please order separately).

Because silicone tub ing allows CO2 to escape, it should really only be used for the last short section to connect the glassware; the rest of the tubing section should be made with CO2 fixed pressure tubing.

For attachment to the aquarium we recommend the separately available suction cups from ADA for 4/6 mm hose (for example included in the ADA Clear Parts Set).
