ADA - Power Sand Basic S

ADA Power Sand Basic S is the successor product to the well-known ADA Power Sand, revised and optimized by Aqua Design Amano. For an optimal substrate structure, the new, improved Power Sand Basic S contains, in addition to natural volcanic granules and humus, the proven soil additives Bacter 100 and Clear Super. This optimally promotes soil life and creates a healthy root zone in the natural aquarium and in the aquascape in general.

ADA Power Sand Basic S is applied as the first layer in the aqu arium and then covered with Aqua Soil Amazonia, Amazonia Ver.2 or Africana from ADA. The natural stable bottom substrate made of porous volcanic granules and natural humus ensures that the bottom substrate in the aquascape does not compact over time.

The bottom fertilizer Power Sand Basic S provides the plants in the aquarium with organic and mineral nutrients for a long-term effect and an immediate effect, which can be absorbed particularly well. The aquarium plants find optimal conditions for their root system in this stable substrate and are well supplied with nutrients and minerals.

The porous stable granulate ensures that the aquarium water can circulate well in the substrate. This also creates optimal conditions for the important soil bacteria. The grain size of ADA Power Sand Basic S is optimal for all aquarium sizes.

Important: ADA Power Sand Basic S can float up in the aquarium due to its high porosity and lightness. Please do notuse as atop layer or sole substrate, but always cover with a layer of Aqua Soil . Do not rinse before use.
