With the great bamboo root nature you offer your Dwarf shrimp and Dwarf shrimps a great natural hiding place, which also looks great! Between the fine rootlets, especially pregnant females, but also newly hatched young animals can retreat prima, which is especially important in the first time after hatching, because then they often shed their skin and are very vulnerable.

With its appearance, the bamboo root is very different from other aquarium roots and also offers a greatly increased surface area, which is especially beneficial to your shrimp: after a short time, large amounts of pollutant-degrading bacteria accumulate there, which have a positive effect on the water values through their activity. Especially dwarf shrimps like to munch on this biofilm, so that you can see them very often and observe them very well. But also in their hiding places, the little ones are thus well provided for.

The bamboo root natural can be easily cut into the right size by sawing or pinching and is a great natural element in the aquarium, especially decorated between green aquatic plants. The bamboo root also looks a little more peppy if you green it with aquarium mosses, such as those we carry in our store.
