Magic-Clear fine filter mat - white - 0.8 x 0.7m

The Magic Clear fine filter mat is perfect for treating aquarium water and making it sparkling clear again. It can be used in aquarium filters of freshwater aqu ariums and saltwater tanks, but also in ponds. Fine filter mats have long been an indispensable part of filter technology, as they effectively filter out even the smallest dirt particles and also offer useful microorganisms an excellent place to settle. They break down pollutants and thus improve water quality.

In the twinkling of an eye, the Magic Clear fine filter mat can be cut to the desired size with sharp scissors. It is made of water-neutral synthetic fibers that do not release any substances into the water and can therefore be used in the aquarium without hesitation. Place the fine filter mat only in the second or third place in the filter so that it is not clogged by coarse dirt. Here it filters out the smallest turbidity and dirt particles, but also algae residues. This makes the aquarium water brilliantly clear again.

To ensure that the aquarium always remains in biological balance, you should regularly maintain the filter media and keep an eye on it. Especially if the water flow decreases, you should act. The fine filter mat should be replaced every now and then. We rather do not recommend washing it out, as the fine fibers would then become compacted and thus no longer filter reliably. Replace the bacteria lost during replacement with a preparation such as our Crusta Bacter Liquid.
