The sand has nutrients such as iron, magnesium and others that promote magnificent plant growth. Since it is a purely natural product and untreated, it does not change the water values.
Tip: Wash the sand thoroughly with cold water before first use. Initial cloudiness is normal and can be filtered out within 24 hours. Direct the aquarium water into the aquarium via a plate so that the sand does not swirl around.
