ADA - Power Sand Advance

The new, improved bottom fertilizer ADA Power Sand Advance is the revised version and the successor product of the well-known ADA Power Sand Special. Aqua Design Amano has packed on here again and decisively optimized the substrate fertilizer for the optimal substrate structure in the natural aquarium or aquascape.

ADA Power Sand Advance from Aqua Design Amano contains significantly more minerals and nutrients for plants than Power Sand Basic. Like Power Sand Basic, Power Sand Advance also contains the water additives Bacter 100 and Clear Super for a pleasant environment in the root zone in the bottom. In addition, ADA adds BC Powder to Power Sand Advance, powdered bamboo charcoal as a pollutant binder and booster for plant growth. Especially root growers in the aquarium such as Echinodorus or Cryptocorynen benefit greatly from the nutrient-rich Power Sand Advance from Aqua Design Amano.

ADA Power Sand Advance is available in different grain sizes suitable for aquariums of different heights: Power Sand Advance S in a 2-liter bag for aquariums up to 40 cm in height, Power Sand Advance M in a 6-liter bag for aquariums from 40 to 60 cm in height and Power Sand Advance L, also in a 6-liter bag for aquariums from 60 cm in height.

By using the correct grain size, ADA ensures that the circulation of water in the aquarium bottom is always guaranteed and that the substrate does not become compacted, even over a long period of time. ADA Power Sand Advance consists of stable volcanic granules and is mixed with humus. In addition to stability, the bottom fertilizer also provides mineral nutrients with immediate effect and organic nutrients with long-term effect, which can supply the plants in the aquascape with nutrients for months. In addition, the useful soil bacteria settle here with particular pleasure.

When building up the soil in a natural aquarium, a layer of Aqua Soil from ADA (Amazonia, Amazonia Ver.2 or Africana) should be added on top of the first layer of ADA Power Sand Advance. ADA Power Sand Advance contains sufficient nutrients and minerals even for demanding aquarium plants. For a healthy root system and splendidly growing, lushly colored aquarium plants and for an active soil life in the aquarium.

Important: ADA Power Sand Advance is porous and can float in the aquarium water. Please do not use as a top layer or as the sole substrate, but always as the bottom layer under Aqua Soil. Do not rinse before use.
