Hiding places set up for dwarf crayfish + 12 x sea almond tree leaves

This practical set of hiding places for dwarf crayfish was handmade in Germany and fits dwarf crayfish perfectly in terms of size, but of course shrimp will also find a suitable hiding place here. After molting, it is very important for the animals to be able to retreat somewhat until their new shell has hardened and they are protected again. The dwarf crayfish hiding places set is suitable for small over medium to large tanks. The caves can easily be planted with moss if you want to achieve a more natural look.

The hiding places are made of baked clay, which by nature already brings a very large surface due to its slight porosity. Here, biofilms, which contain beneficial filter bacteria, find a nice place to settle. Thus, ceramic decoration can also contribute to an improvement of water quality.
