from over 3,000 reviews "The Pink Coral crayfish looks quite similar to the blue-rosy Hoa Creek or Cherax pulcher, but Cherax warsamsonicus is still a different species. You can keep this crayfish from Papua/Indonesia in the aquarium as a single specimen from 60 cm edge length, a pair needs a tank of 80 cm or more. A crayfish needs besides a tightly closing cover many hiding places in the aquarium - caves and other hiding places - and a good structure. You can plant the aquarium well, whereby you should better choose fast growing and rather robust aquarium plants, it can happen that the C. warsamsonicus nibbles on them. The Pink Coral crayfish needs almost no animal protein when it has grown up - too much can lead to moulting problems with the Cherax species from Indonesia. Whether Blue Pink Crayfish will eat fish is pretty much a matter of character. Basically you should keep them - if at all - rather with nimble fish that have short fins and tend to stay at the water surface. Generally, racing snails are not eaten, but all other snails are.
Our plant recommendation: Use for planting NatureHolic InVitros. These are free of snails, planaria and other unwanted co-inhabitants. Also free of algae spores, bacteria and fungi.
Expert Tip: We recommend for fish keeping the NatureHolic 3 Phase Liquid. The care set offers the best all-round protection for your animals. It ensures optimal conditions for successful breeding and keeping.
