The durable, high-quality pump is powerful yet quiet. Each filter variant is equipped with a two-chamber filter cartridge, which, in addition to a classic filter sponge, also contains an activated carbon box. Thus, the aquarium water is cleaned mechanically, biologically by the settling filter bacteria and additionally also physically by the activated carbon, as additional pollutants are bound here.
The filter set also includes an infinitely variable diffuser with a transparent air hose for the necessary oxygen supply in the aquarium. After all, oxygen-rich water is vital in the aquarium! You also have the choice between different water outlets: A rake that is also infinitely variable and adjustable for a wide flow, which can be extended again with an intermediate piece, or a simple outlet for a more punctual flow. If you do not want to have the rake adjustable - this is also no problem with the corresponding intermediate piece included in the set.
Also included in the set is the filter holder with suction cups.
When designing the Orca internal filter, the manufacturer placed emphasis on ease of use and handling, as well as maximum freedom of choice and flexibility.
