Naked arborvitae - Sawbwa resplendens
The naked arborvitae is also sometimes called glowhead and is often rarely found in the trade. Yet it lives up to its name, as it actually does not have a single scale. The males have red heads and an ice-blue body, which the females lack. Also with other peaceful fishes it can be socialized well and should be kept even better in a shoal from 10 animals. However, because it is extremely fond of swimming, you should better plant the aquarium only in the background and at the edges. It is possible to breed the pretty nudibranchs, but it is a little bit difficult, because they are big spawn predators and also chase their own young. Because they tend to stay in the middle and on the bottom, you should better avoid crayfish. You can feed them well with live and frozen food, but also flake food is sometimes accepted.
