Crustacheese - Hiding place for dwarf crabs & shrimps

The Crustacheese was manufactured in complex manual work and consists of several times burned ceramic. This makes it water neutral and can be used without hesitation. It has several semicircular entrances, so this cave offers entry and exit from all sides.

On the large porous surface inside and outside, a biofilm forms after a short time, in which useful cleaning bacteria are found, which contribute to the breakdown of pollutants. Especially shrimps like to munch them down. In this way, you get to see your favorites especially often.

The Crustacheese also looks great planted with Anubias and Bucephalandra or mosses. With our Natureholic plant glue, these can be easily attached and become a new playground for your dwarves in no time at all. From time to time you should lift the Crustacheese and remove the mulm or carried away food remains underneath, so that no rotting forms.
