The coarse blue pond filter wadding contributes significantly to a stable balance in the aquarium and pond. Especially metabolic products, which are created by the decomposition of organic waste, contribute to a deterioration of the water values and thus influence the well-being of your animals. With the filter wadding you maintain your external filter optimally and remove these substances quickly from the water.

Choose the pond filter wadding blue from the quantities 100, 250 or 500g via the selection menu!

Stow the blue extra coarse pond filter floss in the second or third place in the external filter, so that dirt particles, as well as algae remains, are effectively held back. Always filter from coarse to fine. The filter wadding consists of water-neutral synthetic fibers that do not release any substances into the water and are therefore completely safe for use.

You shouldreplace the pond filter wadding as soon as you notice a noticeable decrease in water flow. We do not recommend washing out the filter floss, as this would cause the fibers to become so compacted that the filter floss would no longer filter effectively. Since the coarse and porous surface is also home to a myriad of beneficial purification bacteria that actively contribute to the breakdown of pollutants, you should replenish them with a suitable bacteria preparation.
