Zeus finger is a great piece of aquarium decoration. It is made of dark brown terracotta and is open at the back. Thanks to the second exit, crayfish can get out of the way, which helps to avoid stress.

This extravagant hiding place is available in two sizes: M is a little shorter and is well suited for dwarf shrimp and dwarf crayfish, L is a little longer and fits very nicely for juvenile crayfish of slightly larger crayfish species or also small crayfish of the genus Procambarus such as Procambarus vasquezae, Procambarus versutus or Procambarus llamasi. The Zeusfinger is also a great cave for small cave-dwelling catfish.

This ceramic hiding place can be perfectly planted with moss or with perching plants such as fern, bucephalandra or anubias, which you can simply tie on or glue on with plant glue or cyanoacrylate-based superglue.

The material is absolutely water-neutral and does not release any hardness-forming substances into the water. The rough surface of the terracotta material used to potter the Zeus finger is a great surface for pollutant-degrading bacteria to settle in the aquarium, which can help improve water quality. Biofilms that form are very happy to graze shrimp, aquarium snails and crayfish.
