For an impressive design in the aquarium, the hand-sawn mountain cone is wonderfully suitable. This mountain diorama has a wonderfully sculptural appearance and is very easy to place and design in the tank. Formed out of one piece, the mountain cone can be set up perfectly thanks to its flat base. Whether as an imposing eye-catcher or as a screen in the cichlid tank - with the great mountain cone you set a tasteful accent in any case!

The mountain cone is slightly calcareous and can release hardness components into the water. The rock formations and openings of different heights give your aquarium that certain something and are perfect for a great underwater landscape that invites you to tell stories. On the large surface, many useful microorganisms quickly find their way into the water and contribute to the decomposition of pollutants in the aquarium. Especially snails and shrimps like to graze on this biofilm.

Each mountain cone is unique and has different grains and drawings. On the mostly black-grey background there are several filigree white lines, which give it a very natural appearance. In the aquarium it is a real eye-catcher! It can be beautifully planted with small perched plants, and with glued-on mosses, such as those we carry in our store, great green accents can be set, which are especially popular with shrimp.

We recommend rinsing the mountain cone before first use to remove transport-related abrasion. If openings are present, make sure that none of your animals could get stuck in them.
