Aponogeton crispus - Curly Water Eared - Tropica Pot
Aponogeton crispus decorates any aquarium with its light green, transparent leaves. The plant is not particularly demanding, although it thrives best in soft, slightly acidic water and a nutrient-rich substrate. It repays this with an abundance of leaves ranging from 25 to 50 cm in length, and blooms frequently under optimal conditions. Although it is mostly found in ponds in Sri Lanka that are only filled during the rainy season, it does not require an actual dormant period in the aquarium.
