The elegant white GRNLO Honeycomb Shel ter is a modern shrimp cave in pyramid shape. The ten cool shaped shrimp caves, catfish caves or crab caves have the shape of hexagons, like a honeycomb.

The interestingly shaped tower of shrimp burrows for aquarium is 8 cm long, 7 cm high and 6 cm deep. Here are ten caves in a triangular shape layered on top of each other. The hexagonal caves have a diameter of about 1.5 cm.

In the Honeycomb Shelter dwarf crayfish, smaller catfish and of course dwarf shrimp and even small large arm shrimp will find a home in your aquarium. The edges of the shelter are slightly rounded so that your aquarium inhabitants cannot injure themselves on it. The Honeycomb Shelter is ideal for dwarf shrimps and smaller species of large-armed shrimps: The open caves at the back allow the small pinchers to escape when a competitor approaches.

The Honeycomb Shelter is made of noble light-colored open-pored ceramic, on which biofilms with filter bacteria can settle well. The important filter bacteria clean the water from organic and inorganic pollutants, improving water quality. Catfish, shrimp, aquarium snails and small crayfish find a natural food source here. They love to graze on the biofilms.

The Honeycomb Shelter cave unit for your aquarium is ideal for tying or sticking mosses and perching plants such as Anubias, Bucephalandra, various ferns or pinnate water lilac (Hygrophila pinnatifida). The natural shapes of the plants provide an interesting contrast to the cool, clean look of the shelter.
