Riccardia chamedryfolia - Tropica Portion
Asian liverwort - a dense and compact moss with intense, deep green color. Riccardia grows to only 1-3 long and is particularly suitable for tying onto branches and stones. The moss grows slowly and is easily overgrown by algae or other mosses. Riccardia needs more light than other mosses.
The medium green petite liverwort, also called coral moss, forms compact cushions on roots and stones, which is why it is very popular with aquascapers. It is usually glued, tied on or pushed into the finest crevices of the hardscape, where it can grow well. Riccardia chamedryfolia does not have too high demands when it comes to CO₂ and lighting, however, it is recommended to fertilize, pay attention to micro & macro nutrients and use a good plant light if you want to achieve the perfect result. It is ideally suited for Nano Cubes, as liverwort grows relatively slowly.
