Already fertilized, egg-bearing female Red Rili shrimp of the species Neocaridina davidi release 20 to 40 baby shrimp after about three to four weeks, depending on the ambient temperature, which enrich the genetic material available in the aquarium. This way you get a larger strain relatively quickly. Red Rili Sakura shrimp should never be kept alone. These group animals need a starting stock of 10 to 15 shrimp.
